This listing is for Double-Layer Ruffled Crepe Paper Streamer/Garland at 12 feet.

You have the option to pick the colors of your choice.

- any color combination (one color + another color) or
- two of the same color

Two crepe paper streamers are overlapped and is sewn in the middle. When it is ruffled, its approximate size is between 2.75"- 3" wide and 12 feet long. The streamers can be done in 2 different colors or 2 of the same color.
