I used rose gold washi tape to wrap the tops of each tassel. Then, each tassel is individually tied to sturdy, natural cotton twine so you can hang them at a deep swoop or from a balloon without the tassels slipping. They're easy to move along the twine so you can spread them closer together or farther apart.
This garland is ready to hang right out of the box. It is not a kit and no assembly is required.
