The quality of your poster is only as good as the photo you send in. Choose your favorite photo (I’ll let you know if the quality isn’t good). After poster is delivered it will an extra fee of US$ 5.00 if you want to change the photo of your child per poster.

► FILES will be sent to your email from [email protected] - Please check in the next 24 hours for delivery (even your spam - junk folders).

► ONE REVISION is included with your order. I try my best to send the custom designs as good as possible the first time, but if you think there is a need for a change it will be considered the one revision. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

► You will receive your files usually within 24 hrs - except weekends (unless there are internet connectivity issues).

► Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital image due to the nature of the product.
