PLEASE look for an Etsy message for a proof after purchase as we cannot move your order to the printing queue without proof approval. If we do not hear back within 5 business days, regrettably, your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund (minus a $10.00 fee since the personalization and proof have already been done). We work with a printing partner and production times are approximately 2-7 business days, this does not include shipping time. Please note that shipping may be delayed due to new workplace guidelines. Please note, shipping times are based on business days (weekends not included) and are separate from production times. There may be longer production/shipping times during the holidays.
