EMAIL US YOUR PHOTO:
Please send a high resolution photo to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line for the photo face customization of your party kit.
Make sure the photo is a full front face and not at an angle. Take the photo in a well lighted area or outside that is not in direct sunlight. Take the photo close up but make sure the head/face is not cropped in any way. Before you take your photo with your cell phone, make sure that the setting on the phone is at the highest resolution. Do not crop a full body or full torso photo to zoom in on the face, this will lower the resolution.

FILE FORMAT:
You will be getting PDF Files, but you can request an additional JPEG File for the 20x30 inch poster only (if applicable), at time of purchase. Please include this request in the 'Notes to MayDetails' at time of checkout.

All files, unless otherwise indicated are designed to be printed onto a 8.5x11inch letter size sheet.

TURN AROUND TIME:
Within 3 to 4 business days of receiving your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file(s). You can also access your file(s) by going to Purchases and Reviews and selecting the Download files button.

You can print these out at home, or get them printed by an online vendor, or your local office store.

COLORS AND PRINT TESTS:
Computer monitors all have different color calibrations. Therefore, colors may print differently from what you see on your screen. Even though we always use professional Pantone Colors, it is also possible that color variations may occur between a photo lab vs. a professional printer. Some photo labs offer color correction which can alter the printed product as well. It is a good idea to print a test copy of your finalized design to color proof it before placing a large order with the photo lab/printer of choice. Once your order has been approved, MayDetails is not responsible for errors or undesired colors that occur during the print process (although I will always work with you as much as possible to ensure you are satisfied with your finished product).
