This listing is for a PERSONALIZED (I do all personalizations for you) PRINTABLE (DIY) 5x7in. invitation.
Please note - this is a design service only, you will not receive any printed items in the mail.

CHOOSE YOUR FILE FORMAT:
You will be getting a crisp, clean, high resolution PDF File with two 5x7 invitations per (8.5x11 in.) letter size sheet OR one 5x7 JPEG invitation file instead.
Just choose which you prefer in the drop down menu before you check out.
You can also send the 5x7 JPEG invitation directly, as a digital invitation through email or text.

EMAIL US YOUR PHOTO:
Please send a high resolution photo to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line for the photo face customization of your party kit.
Make sure the photo is a full front face and not at an angle. Take the photo in a well lighted area or outside that is not in direct sunlight. Take the photo close up but make sure the head/face is not cropped in any way. Before you take your photo with your cell phone, make sure that the setting on the phone is at the highest resolution. Do not crop a full body or full torso photo to zoom in on the face, this will lower the resolution.

TURN AROUND TIME:
Within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order, MayDetails will email you a high resolution PDF or JPEG digital file to your Etsy email address. If you would like a 24 hour turn around time instead, please choose that option in the drop down menu before completing your purchase.

Adobe Reader is needed to open all MayDetails files. You can download adobe reader for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader.

PRINTING TIP:
You can print these out at home, or get them printed by an online vendor, or at your local office store.
Decide on how you will be printing this before you purchase. If you are printing at home or at your local office store, you can use the two 5x7 invitations per (8.5x11 in.) letter size sheet, and print on card stock. But if you are printing online or at any of the 1 hour photo places, you would probably need the one 5x7 JPEG invitation file instead.

COLORS AND PRINT TESTS:
Computer monitors all have different color calibrations. Therefore, colors may print differently from what you see on your screen. Even though we always use professional Pantone Colors, it is also possible that color variations may occur between a photo lab vs. a professional printer. Some photo labs offer color correction which can alter the printed product as well. It is a good idea to print a test copy of your finalized design to color proof it before placing a large order with the photo lab/printer of choice. Once your order has been approved, MayDetails is not responsible for errors or undesired colors that occur during the print process (although I will always work with you as much as possible to ensure you are satisfied with your finished product).
