This digital border template set comes with four clipart borders that you can use to create everything from digital papers, to scrapbook layouts to greeting cards. This set includes a triple stripe border where each stripe has a scallop edge, a mountain border, a road border, and a gorgeous skyline border. The skyline comes in a layered PSD file, so that you can apply different colors or light effects to the windows. Check out the image gallery to see a card I made with these borders, as you can see I used the mountain border to create a sort of snow bank where the girl is standing.
