Normal turnaround time is 24 hours after purchase is made and name is provided. RUSH turnaround time is 12 hours after purchase is made and name is provide.

In the empty personalization box please provide the ONE name you would like on the tag. (One name only per set)
For a smooth process, please make sure to double check and send all requested info. I do copy & paste the info to ensure accuracy.

Your files will be sent through Etsy email within 24 hours (12 hours if you choose the RUSH option).
