THE LEFT PANEL:
KAPER CHART
you will receive a blank daisy kaper chart with seperate editable pdf flower pots and daisies (read more about editable files below). Attach the pots and daisies to the board with either tape or velcro. Mix around the flower "girl's names" with the kaper duty pots to give the girls different jobs each week. Make new daisy names or pots at any time! Include however many girls are in your troop! You can print however many flowers and pots that you need!

*due to copyright reasons this area can be edited and filled in by you! Adding the promise and law are merely suggestions - you can also add anything else that would be important to your troop including photos, goals, missions statements, etc.
TROOP PETAL TRACKER - blank outlined daisy. Seperate petals included. Each time your troop earns a petal, cut out the coordinating petal and either tape or velcro onto the daisy. Watch the daisy fill up with colorful petals as the weeks go by and the daisy girls earn all their petals!

WHAT YOU CANNOT EDIT:
* graphics are considered part of the background image and cannot be removed individually - except for 'shelves' in kaper chart area - you can adjust these for as many as you need to accomodate larger or smaller troops

HOW TO USE:
1. Edit and Download the two large files both 24x36" as JPEG Files
and send to an office supply store (such as office max or staples)
to have printed (the cheaper quality paper,
the cheaper it will be to have printed. These NEED To be printed as 24x36”
in order to work correctly. Since you will be
adhering to a strong display board, cheap paper will work fine!
2. After these are printed, cut the side panel file in half and glue to each side.
Glue the center panel to the center of a standard 36"h x 48"w display board
3. Edit your daisy petals, wheel, pots and flowers.
These all will Print out on standard 8.5x11” paper.
**NOTE: They are currently sized to put 3 pots/flower on each of the 4 rows for
a total of 12. Sizes can be adjusted if you have fewer or more number
of girls in the troop. You can also adjust the ‘shelf’ heights accordingly.
5. Cut out all the pots/flowers, petals and wheel arrow.
4. Attach the wheel arrow with a paper fastener to the center of the
wheel on the center panel
5. Save the petals somewhere for later (putting them in a ziplock bag and
attaching to the back of board or in a girl scout binder works great!)
You will need to access these petals each time your troop
earns one and then attach (with either tape or velcro)
the corresponding one to the daisy outline on the bottom of the right panel.
6. Attach the pots/flowers with either tape or glue to
the left side of the panel to create your kaper chart.
Move the flower heads around to different flower pots at
each meeting to give the girl's new kaper jobs.

You will also need a color printer (or use one at an office supply store) and paper.
Note that color may vary slightly from monitor to monitor which will affect the final print color depending on the printer that is used.
Note that because of the landscape design, when using you can change your view to rotate clockwise in order to see better when typing in the editable boxes.
