Before printing, be sure to select the appropriate setting on your printer for the paper you are using.

PAPER MATTERS:

Choosing the right paper for your project makes all the difference in how it looks. You might want to experiment with different types until you get the look you want. Ultra-premium photo paper is best for framing and archiving. Decide whether you want a gloss or matte finish. Glossy paper provides excellent color contrast and definition so the colors "pop". Matte paper produces excellent images with a non-shiny finish. There are also specialty papers available with a canvas or watercolor texture if that is the look you are going for.
