STEPS to COMPLETE YOUR ORDER

b. In the note to seller’ section, please provide all the info (ie. name, age, birth date, etc)

d. After payment is received, I will proceed to work on your order, then email you the personalised files.
e. You can make up to TWO rounds of text alteration if needed (included in the price).
f. After I receive your email approval, I will email the print ready file in PDF

- After i received all the information, i will start working with your invitation. A proof of your custom invitation will be sent to your email registered with Etsy within 48 hours (please check spam). The final copy of your invitation file will be sent within 24 hours of your approval. *Please note that emails are sent to the address associated with the Etsy account unless otherwise requested*
- It is responsibility of the buyer the following points: grammar, spelling, writing . I am not responsible for any mistakes or printing costs incurred. Please proofread and check that your information is accurate.
- TURNAROUND starts from the moment you sent all the information and after your payment is approved
