Each icon card can be made in the color scheme of your chosen banner. These samples show only ONE color scheme. Your chosen icon cards will be specifically created to coordinate with the color scheme of the banner you order.

TO ORDER:

1. Choose the desired icon cards and how many of each from the DROP-DOWN MENU in this listing.

• Note that to give all possible combinations of each coordinating set, we have provided options of ONE of each, TWO of each, and a COMBINATION of styles, such as "Brown Bear–1 Elk–1", which means one Brown Bear icon card and one Elk icon card.

2. In the personalization section of your BANNER LISTING:

• Note the number of icon cards you've added here, and where you wish them to be placed, such as "Blue Fox Critter to left of name and Birdie Critter to right of name," or as separators between words, such as "Happy [Owl Critter] 8th [Rabbit Critter] Jasmine!") We will match your choice to your chosen banner color scheme and send you a proof via email for your approval.

We love accommodating custom orders if we can! Please message us through Etsy with your wishes. If we can do it, we’ll be glad to! (Extensive customization may incur an additional fee; if so, we’ll let you know ahead of time, of course!)

COLOR VARIATIONS:

We do our best to describe the colors as pictured in each banner and to photograph them in true light; however, please be aware that varying computer screens and devices will read colors differently, and the printing process is not always exact to screen. If you wish to match a precise color for your event or room, you are welcome to send the Pantone color, CMYK numbers, or HEX number, but again, colors will vary slightly during the printing process. Please message us with any color questions before you order.

RETURN POLICY:

Our banners are all handmade to order and are therefore not refundable. However, there may be circumstances that warrant a return or replacement:

• If your banner arrives damaged from shipping
• If we have made a mistake (we are extremely attentive to detail and to your requests, but we will certainly stand behind anything that is our fault!)

Please inform us immediately if your banner did not arrive as ordered, and we will make it right!

Note that slight color variations are not cause for refunds or substitutions, as outlined above in COLOR VARIATIONS. Thank you.
