This listing is for a custom printable 8 1/2" x 11" (letter size) flyer. This is for a DIGITAL FILE ONLY! It will either be sent to you via Etsy conversation or emailed to you for you to print at home or in store. You will not receive a physical product. Perfect for anyone needing a business flyer, an event flyer, a social media flyer, a sale flyer, a marketing flyer, a holiday flyer, a school flyer, a giveaway flyer, a church flyer or a flyer for anything else!

STEPS:

1. PURCHASE this listing.

2. CHOOSE the time frame for your first proof.

3. Choose between the JPG or PDF option on the drop-down menu in the listing. JPG's are for printing at a photo lab, posting online or sending in an email. PDF's are for professional printing or from your home printer.

4. PERSONALIZE:
- In the Buyer's Notes field please include the following information:

*If there is a certain font/font style that you would like to use.
*All wording details {business name, contact info, email address, social media pages, phone #'s, coupons, etc}.
*The specific colors you would like.
*The design elements/patterns/etc that you would like.
{I am limited to the graphics I have in my library (some custom, some sourced from stock). I CANNOT use images taken from the web, nor can I use images that are owned and copyrighted by others (eg. Disney characters, sports team logos, etc}.

3. PROOF:
- Within 24-48 hours, I will send you a low-resolution proof {a JPG} of your personalized design via Etsy conversation. From there, I will be happy to make one revision. Additional revisions will be $10.00 per revision. Any major design changes will require a second purchase of this listing.

4. PRINT:
- Once approved, you will receive a high-resolution file {a JPG or a PDF} for you to print however many copies you would like, via either Etsy conversation or emailed to you! Take to your favorite printing company or print at home!

* Please note colors may appear slightly different on your monitor than when printed. Printed colors may vary due to differences in printer calibrations and amount of printer ink. The print quality will also depend on the type of printer and paper used.

****If details are not provided from the questionnaire I will proceed with order and no major revisions will be considered without a new purchase of the listing.
Revisions requested after one week from providing the design will require an extra purchase.****
