SHIPPING
We ship using the box-in-a-box method. Your cake pan is packaged in its own snug box which may be used for gifting. We place this box inside another, slightly larger box cushioned with packing peanuts to reduce the chance of any possible damage which may occur to your pan during transit. Pans shipped in just the original snug box results in very little protection and damage is much more likely to happen. While we are cognizant of environmental concerns and shipping costs, we understand that purchases of this nature are generally time-sensitive, and we prioritize getting your order to you in perfect condition the first time around.
ORDERING
1. Add this listing to your cart in the top of your screen. All products will be made to look exactly like the design shown but with your own personalization.
2. Please leave engraving instructions for each lid design ordered in the “ADD YOUR PERSONALIZATION” box, making sure to check all spelling and punctuation. A digital proof *will* be provided within 1 business day of purchase for your approval before moving the order into production. Please check your SPAM folder if you haven't received a proof after 1 business day.
3. If you're purchasing as a gift, we got you! Simply click the ‘This order is a gift’ box and add a message to the recipient if desired, and we will include a gift note that does not show pricing. You can always see your receipt in your account or email.

Digital proof with one client revision is provided with each custom item purchase. After final proof approval, production takes approximately 1 to 3 business days before shipping.
