One garland is 8 feet long with 28 full and fluffy tassels or 6' with 20 tassels. Each tassel is topped with washi tape and carefully tied to jute string that allows adjustments in garland but won't slip if you want to hang it at a deep swoop. (My family tells me it's not necessary to add this step, but I can't help it---it's really a nice feature!)
All of my garlands come fully assembled right out of the box. NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!!!
