PLACING YOUR ORDER

All custom artwork must meet the following requirements. If you're not sure, please contact us BEFORE ordering so we can ensure it meets all of the requirements.

All artwork must be as follows:
-- High Resolution
-- Black & White (no colors, no greys)
-- Vector based
-- Camera Ready (we cannot convert or do artwork)
-- a minimum of 300 DPI (the greater the better)
-- EPS, AI or PDF format (no JPEGs)

HOW IT WORKS

Once we have your order, including both the custom design fee, and the product purchase, we'll work on a layout proof and send it to you for approval.

Once we have your approval, production can take 7-10 business days. Shipping takes up to 5 days in US.

Rush Orders

Our standard production and shipping turnaround time is 2-3 weeks after your proof approval is received. If you need them faster, send us a message with your need by date and location and we'll let you know the rush options that are available.

All products created for customers are the design and intellectual property of Pink Poppy Party Shoppe. In purchasing a “custom design product” or paying the Pink Poppy Party Shoppe ”custom design fee”, the customer understands that these items will become Pink Poppy Party Shoppe copywritten items and may be sold as future Pink Poppy Party Shoppe products or used in Pink Poppy Party Shoppe advertising. All custom design fees are non-refundable.
