This banner is made on sturdy, durable, thick chipboard. This is not flimsy card stock. If you see this design on Etsy; it is not chipboard. We are the only seller on Etsy that has this flag style chipboard.
The flags measure 4 x 5 inch. The font on this banner is done in black and I used gold ribbon to put the banners together.
