2. Use the personalization box to fill out the requested information for your custom text/colors. Please use the charts found in the additional images of this listing for our color and font options. Be SPECIFIC when differentiating between stain/paint colors.
3. Add the sign to your cart and proceed to checkout
*PLEASE NOTE: This sign IS NOT WEATHERPROOF by default. If you are planning on displaying the sign outdoors, it must have sufficient coverage under a porch or awning where it will not get wet.
We do offer in-house weatherproofing for an additional cost, which can be purchased on the link below. Please be aware that this adds a couple days onto the processing time.

*We have begun implementing the additional costs for proofs to try and keep our turnaround as quick as possible. If a proof is not required on an order, we can usually ship out the same day the order comes through.
Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of your approval of the digital draft. Delivery normally takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available - please contact us with your ZIP code PRIOR to ordering so we can send you a quote.
Please be aware that there have been significant delays in the postal service recently. Some packages have been delayed in transit for over a week. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control. If your deadline is less than two weeks away, we highly recommend considering expedited shipping.
----:| DAMAGE CONTROL |:----
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays but we will work with you and the carrier in case of lost or delayed packages. In most cases, we can file a claim to either refund your order (if the claim is approved,) or send you a new sign using a different carrier. We cannot refund your order if a claim is denied, but we will send a new sign.
If your sign is damaged in transit, we will send you a new sign free of charge. Damages need to be reported within 12 hours of your tracking being marked as "Delivered."
*PLEASE SEND PHOTOS OF DAMAGED ITEMS AND THEIR PACKAGING.* We will need this to file a claim.
We do not offer free replacement for damage after-the-fact or after the 12 hour grace period. Free replacements are available only for signs damaged in transit.
