• Please upload a photo within an ETSY message right after you order
• NOTE: If you decide to change photo after we edit it there will be a $10 revision fee for the time to re- edit!
• The picture should be a minimum of 300dpi for best printing results and ideally a close up shot of just the person's face. Hair can cause an issue so it's best to have the hair back and off the face/tucked behind their ears. Please see the photo used in our sample of a good picture.

For custom color orders we do require you to please attach solid square color samples of the color you want us to match in an ETSY message. You can grab them off a google image color swatch search, we cannot color match from a photo, must be a solid square color swatch picture. Please also advise if you have specific requests as to what color we change elements to on the design. Lastly, please be aware that if you change your mind after we edit your custom colors, an additional color change service editing fee will apply.
