Notes: No printed items will be shipped

REVISIONS: two rounds of revisions are included in your order. Additional revisions or, requesting a different file type will incur an additional $5 charge.

1 | Upon purchasing, please include all relevant event information in the “note to seller” section during checkout. Please follow the format shown as closely as possible. If applicable, please email your high-resolution photos to: hello [!at] julapaper.co

2 | Within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email containing your proof. Review it carefully and send us any edits that need to be made.

3 | Two rounds of revisions are included in your order. Additional revisions or, requesting a different file type will incur an additional $5 charge.

4 | Once your item is approved, a final file will be emailed in the format you selected, or, sent to the printer for production. Turnaround for printed items is 5-7 business days, beginning after you approve the final proof.
