Note in the photos there is a cardstock backing and ribbon connected to it. You can find matching cardstock at your local craft/hobby/fabric store. (Joann's, Michael's or Hobby Lobby). Directions on how to assemble:
There are 1 printout stencils on the pdf that you can use as a guide for the cardstock circle size. You can leave a small white space around the printed circles if you like that look shown in the example. You can also use a 3.5" circle/scalloped punch for the cardstock backing circles. If you do have a cutting machine you can set your cardstock circles to 3.5" diameter.

You can print on regular paper, cardstock or use full sheet label paper (basically they are a giant sticker that is on a 8.5ā€ x 11ā€ paper), you can find that at your local office supplies store or craft stores and maybe even at Wal-Mart. You can also just use regular glue to glue the paper to the cardstock.

A couple ways you can do the banner is to hot glue the cardstock circles on the banner. I layout the photos to see how far apart they need to be then put a small glue line and stick the cardstock to it. Then you can find snap clips (30mm triangular snap clips) see image here: http://img0.etsystatic.com/000/0/5955083/il_fullxfull.252349400.jpg and hot glue that to the cardstock. Then you can snap the clips to hold the photos in place. Another option is to get clothespins and glue the cardstock to the clothespins with either glue or hot glue (Iā€™m not positive how well regular glue will hold). Then you can just clip the clothespins to the ribbon. Or you can just tape the photos to the back of the cardstock circles.
