This sparkly CONGRATS banner is the perfect party decor to celebrate a graduation, promotion, retirement, wedding, engagement, baby shower or any party that calls for a congratulations! This banner can be customized to add a name, just message me for additional pricing.

Party banner is made out of glitter cardstock with solid white backing. Choice of gold glitter, pink glitter or black glitter cardstock (shown on second photo). The letters are approximately 5" tall and 1"- 4" wide depending on the letter. They are strung on a durable white and gold twine with ends treated to prevent from fraying and comes in a reusable bag for storage. Twine measures 9 ft. long to give you plenty of room for spacing and hanging.
