This banner is made on 4x5 sturdy, thick, designer grade chipboard pieces. I used yellow chipboard for this banner and did the font in royal blue with white ribbon. I displayed a 10 foot long garland that is made of cardstock graduation caps in royal blue and yellow. The grad cap can be made for a girl or boy or regular style grad caps. You get to choose if you would like the banners only, graduation cap garland only or both items.
