[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

1. ORDERING
Add your custom wording including which File Type you would prefer.

2. ACCESSING YOUR FILE
Within your selected turn-around time frame, your finished invitation file will be sent to your Etsy account under *Purchases & Reviews

3. DOWNLOAD & SAVE
Download your file and save it to your PC, phone or USB stick.

5. PRINTING
After downloading, find the file in your downloads folder (or wherever you have the downloads on your PC or phone save to).
If printing at home, be sure that the file prints at 100% or ‘actual size’ int the print settings.
If you are printing at a print shop, save the file to a usb drive or email it to the print shop if available.

*PRO TIP*
We recommend printing on 250gsm+ white cardstock for best results. All ‘vintage’ paper appearance that may come with your template will print just as in the photos.

*Please note, Paper Colada does NOT offer printing services, however we can recommend print options below.

6. TRIM YOUR DESIGNS
Trim/cut out using scissors, craft knife, or paper trimmer. Most print shops should do this service for you.

If there are spelling mistakes or the file is corrupt, we will happily replace your file free of charge. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
*Please check your wording carefully. You will receive one wording or size/colour modification free of charge, after which you will be charged AU$2 per edit.

PRINT LIKE A PRO
Once downloaded, you can use your file to:

Print at home
Take/email your files to a Copy & print centre such as Staples or Office Depot / Office Works
Take your files to a Photo centre such as K-Mart, Costco or Walgreens
Upload your files to an online print service such as Vistaprint, StationeryHQ, HelloPrint, Moo and many more
✫ We recommend printing on no less than 250gsm white cardstock.
✫ If printing from home, always do a single invitation test print to make sure the colours and wording are all as you want them to be.
✫ Make sure your printer settings are set to the '100%' or 'Actual Size' before printing.
✫ As we are located in Australia, we cannot advise you of exact print shops in your town/city. Please see the above printing tips for general world-wide known print shops you can take/send your file to.

OUR REFUND POLICY
Unless your file is corrupt or has wording errors made on our part, we do not offer refunds once files have been sent.
