Small: Approximately 3.25" x 1” Height
Medium: Approximately 4" x 1” Height
Large: Approximately 5.75" x 1” Height
Jumbo: Approximately 8" x 1” Height

Recommend cleaning: Use a paper towel to clean. You can use water but must be dried immediately and thoroughly. Some panaderos add a bit of butter to the paper towel and clean it with that.
