This listing is for the creation and delivery (via email) of:
- Customized Poster - A single JPG file for photo lab* printing in high resolution for high quality printing.

You will receive a JPG file in either North American standard poster size (24” x 36") or A1 International standard poster size ( 23.39" x 33.11"). Both are high resolution. The 24x36 image will successfully print at 20x30, 16x24, 12x18, 8x12, and 4x6. A1 will successfully print to all other 'A' paper sizes. If you had a different size let me know before ordering.

►Here is how the process works:

Important: Let me know size - only 2 options : 24x36" or A1

► PHOTO - Send it to: [email protected] or attach it in a conversation to me. ONLY ONE PHOTO per child. The quality of your printed poster is only as good as the photo you send in. Choose your favorite photo (I’ll let you know if the quality isn’t good). After poster is delivered it will an extra fee of US$ 5.00 if you want to change the photo of your child.

► FILES will be sent to your Etsy email from myheroathome[@]gmail.com - Please check in the next 24 hours (even your spam - junk folders).

► ONE REVISION is included with your order. I try my best to send the custom designs as good as possible the first time, but if you think there is a need for a change it could be considered the one revision. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

► ANY CUSTOM SIZE (other than the dimensions shown under the item details and no bigger than 24x36”) must be requested AT THE TIME of order placement under notes to seller at check out. Files may not be re-sized after your initial order has been sent to you. If size change is required later there will be an extra fee of US$ 5.00

►If there is a mistake from my side I will correct it with no extra charge after reviews.

► You will receive your files usually in the next 24 hrs - except weekends (unless there are internet connectivity issues).

► Due to different printer quality and monitor calibrations, colors may vary slightly.
► Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital image due to the nature of the product.
