Tutu skirt has a stretchy crochet waist band threaded with all White quality Nylon Tule (made in USA) The black and white stripe top is super soft jersey knit and comes with tank style straps if preferred. Black feather hair fascinator is included with this outfits.

All items are made by me. The tule is high quality nylon made in the USA.
