This listing is for one (1) Carnival/Circus themed birthday celebration handmade party hat. Our custom hat is topped with fluffy yarn pompoms that feature a fun star shape throughout with a dimensional rosette and comes in bright colors (red, orange, yellow, teal, bright green, light blue) and patterns.

When ordering, choose the color pom topper you want and pattern style (either stripes or polka dots). The rosette will coordinate with the topper as shown in the photos. Each hat is has a ribbon tie on. Hat measures 4 3/4" in diameter and are 8" tall with a 20" length of ribbon. This item can be personalized with your child's name & age*.
