● balloons are shipped flat & deflated, with no helium or air
● fill with helium at your local party store or purchase your own tank and fill at home
● can be filled with air, but will not float (only floats with helium)
● balloons do not come with ribbon or string
● fill slowly and do not overfill because balloons will pop!
(popped balloons cannot be refunded or returned)

● fill balloons with helium as close to your event time as possible. Latex balloons filled with helium can float for 2-12 hours depending on altitude and weather. Have party store add Hi-Float to your balloons for longer float time.
