WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

♥ This template requires ten photo entries: 7 in landscape, 6x4 in size format and 3 in vertical 4x6 format. I've included instructions on how to crop your photos easily.
♥ The images must be in BMP, PNG, JPG or GIF file format. I've also included a link to a GREAT free photo editing website if you need to crop or "beautify" your photos at all.
♥ The template uses the font types shown in the sample image above. These font types are fixed and are already embedded in the PDF. So no need to install any fonts.
To use the newsletter template, you will need ADOBE READER for WINDOWS PC or MAC. Once you purchase the file and the payment has fully processed, you will receive an Instruction page with your download. Pretty Please read over it first.

HOW IT WORKS

1. INSTANTLY DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES
After payment, follow the link to your Etsy Download page (or find it on your Etsy Purchases page) and click on the Download Now button.
2. OPEN YOUR FILES IN ADOBE READER
Files will ONLY work in the latest version of Adobe Reader! – download it for FREE at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
*MAC users need to open files directly from Adobe Reader and NOT Preview.
**Please note, it is always BEST to just go to that link above and re-download it, even if you already have it, because it will UPDATE it on your computer. And don't stress, it will not be installed twice on your computer.
3. PERSONALIZE YOUR FILES
With your file open in Adobe Reader, just type over our sample text. Save any changes you make. You CANNOT change graphics. All text is editable unless otherwise stated at the top of this listing.
4. CHOOSE YOUR PAPER
All designs are formatted to print on US Letter (8.5 x 11) size paper but also print perfectly on A4 paper. We recommend printing on 80lbs white card stock and never select "scale to fit" - all designs are set so that nothing important will be cropped with standard print margins.
5. PRINT YOUR FILES
Print at home or take files to a print shop (ex: Staples, Office Depot, Kinkos, Fedex Copy Center). Make sure your print shop opens the files in LATEST version of Adobe Reader. Any other programs will ask for a security code. When printing at a shop, we recommend calling them first, and emailing them directly with your edited file so there are no errors and the copy shop worker can help you out.
You CANNOT print the files as photos at a photo lab (they are not JPEG or photo file types) or at online photo print shops. If you need to convert your file into a JPEG for printing purposes, please send us a convo request and we will convert it for you once you've already edited the text in that you would like. There are also directions on how to convert it yourself in the HOW TO file.
*Unfortunately, at this time we DO NOT print invitations and decor, We only supply the digital files.
6. TRIM YOUR DESIGNS
Trim/cut out using scissors, craft knife, paper trimmer or punch. Some designs may need assembling.
