This wall banner was made out of high quality silver shimmer card stock and digital patterned chevron paper. The letters are die cut, layered, glittered and attached to an embossed circle with tiny dots and a striped circle. The butterflies or flowers are handmade and a pearl is added to the center. Handmade white tissue paper fringe was added on the top and Sweet Blush Satin Ribbon finishes it off.

Each pennant is approximately 5".
