This is not an editable file, but If you want to type in your own text, instead of printing first then hand write on the label tents, you can actually do that by pasting the PNG file in Microsoft Word Application like a large picture, stretch up to 8.5" x 11" size landscape, put text boxes on places you want to put the texts, type in, then print! :)
