This adorable candyland themed birthday party hat will sit upon his or her head. 1st birthday wishes are being said.

The hat was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The tissue paper fringe and topper were made by hand. The number 1 was die cut, layered and covered in glitter for a girl. It is then attached to an embossed circle under a lollipop on top of a handmade medallion. A diecut and glittered or glossed name is added below on a white banner. Satin Ribbon was added on each side and ties around the chin or back of the head to keep the hat on.

Size of the hat is 7" from the top to the bottom, 4.25" wide, Ribbon ties are approx 12.50 inches long on each side.
