The cake topper is constructed of solid color + card stock and includes a satin bow as shown. The topper is embellished with pearl/gemstone accents for a premium finish.

The "1" stick measures approximately 10" tall. Each mini pennant measures 1.5" wide by 2" tall, and the mini name banner is attached to 12" long bamboo skewers.
