The invitation is available in several formats. All other files are high resolution PDFs, formatted to print on 8.5x11 sheets. To open the files, you must have Adobe Reader, which is a free download at https://get.adobe.com/reader/. Files are not editable, except for the buffet cards.

{ HOW TO ORDER }
1. Determine where you’ll be printing the invitation and select a file size:
• 5x7: Choose this option if you're printing at home on blank 5x7 invitation cards.
• 5x7 with bleed (5.25x7.25): This file includes an extra 1/8” on each side, which is typically required by professional printers. The "bleed" will get trimmed off during production. Choose this option if you are printing at a local print shop or online at Vistaprint, Staples.com, Mpix, etc.
• 2 - 5x7s on an 8.5x11 page: Choose this option for easy home printing on standard letter-size paper, or for copy centers like FedEx and OfficeMax.
2. Select a file type for the invitation:
• PDF - This is recommended unless your printer specifies otherwise.
• JPG - For print vendors that do not support PDFs.
3. Include the following details in the “note to seller” section at checkout:
• INVITATION: guest of honor's name, event date, time and location, RSVP info, registry info (if applicable)
• THANK YOU CARD: Choose from "Thanks for celebrating with (Name)" or "Thanks for showering our family with love"
• BANNER: Choose your custom text, up to 25 characters
• FAVOR TAGS: Choose your text for inside the circles, up to 4 words. Choose your text for the bottom of the tag, up to 26 characters.
• CUPCAKE TOPPERS & WATER BOTTLE WRAPPERS: Choose 2 custom phrases, up to 3 words each.
{ SUPPLIES NEEDED }
• Scissors, X-Acto knife and ruler, or paper cutter
• Crafter's tape or glue
• Lollipop sticks or toothpicks
• Ribbon
• Standard hole punch
• 2” circle punch (optional)
{ TURNAROUND TIME }
Files will be uploaded to your Etsy account within 3 business days. Need it sooner? Rush processing is available for a small fee. Contact me for details.
If text needs to be changed after you receive your files, the first round of revisions is free. After that, additional changes can be made for a nominal fee.
{ COLOR VARIANCE }
Colors vary between monitors and printers. Please be aware that the final printed product may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
{ REFUNDS }
Due to the digital and personalized nature of this product, refunds are not available. However, your complete satisfaction is my goal. If you have any issues with the files you receive, please contact me and I will do everything in my power to fix the problem.
