► HOW IT WORKS

1. From the “Printable or Printed” menu, select if you want a digital file or printed invitations along with the quantity if we are doing the printing for you. From the “File Format or Paper” menu, select the digital file format of your choice for printed paper (see descriptions of digital options and paper below). Complete the purchase by adding it to your cart.

2. Provide all your custom text information through either the "Personalization" field on this page or the "Note to Seller" section at checkout including:
a) WEDDING INVITATION
- Full names of couple
- Verbiage for introduction/hosts or how you want to indicate that people are invited... (eg: "invite you to celebrate..." or "Together with their parents" or "Mr. and Mrs. XXX invite you...")
- Date and time of wedding exactly how you want it to appear
- Place and address
- Reception information or other if applicable

b) REPLY CARD
- Verbiage for reply by date
- Response verbiage

3. Proceed through the check-out process. You will receive an email from Etsy confirming your order.

4. After we have received payment and your custom information, your order will be put into production. A low resolution, watermarked proof will be sent within 2 business days via Etsy conversation unless you indicate otherwise. This time frame may be subject to change.

5. Once are satisfied with your proof, we ask that you reply with your approval. Once approved, we will email you your print-ready file if you purchased a digital order, or for printed orders, we send your order to the printer.

Please specify what format option you will need for your final printable file order. If you’re not sure which format you want, it is best to check with your printer or contact us for recommendations.

OPTION A: Evite - Optimized for most standard smartphones, low resolution to use in emails, send as text messages or share on social media. Great for last minute invitations.

OPTION D: Multiple invitations on one 8.5” X 11” (or A4) Printable PDF File: For printing on card stock paper at home or for Kinkos, Staples, etc. (invite prints two invitations per sheet with crop marks, RSVP fits four to a page)

► PRINTED INVITATIONS

Select quantity of printed pieces and cover stock you want from both dropdown menus. We suggest getting a few extra invitations if you are sending a large amount in case of problems. The suggested overage amount is 5%. We only provide printed invitations for US addresses.

PAPER CHOICES FOR PRINTED INVITATIONS
• Uncoated White Smooth - A 110# bright white paper with a smooth surface.
• Uncoated Cream Smooth - A 110# light cream paper with a smooth surface.

Uncoated white smooth cover invitations include blank 70# text white A7 envelopes
Uncoated cream smooth cover invitations include blank 70# text cream A7 envelopes
(All envelopes are blank and we do not print return addresses on envelopes)

When you receive the proof, thoroughly review it. Verify that all information and spelling is correct. It is recommended that you double- or triple-check your proof. Star Stream Design is not responsible for errors not caught by the customer, regardless of fault. No refunds will be given in these cases. When everything is verified as correct, reply back to confirm which final file type you prefer for your customized digital printable (see PRINTABLE FILE FORMAT below). Once you have approved the final proof and indicated your preferred file type, we will send your finalized digital printable file(s) within two business days via the email associated with your Etsy account unless you indicate otherwise. This time frame is subject to change.

► DESIGN FEES FOR REVISIONS

Two rounds of revisions are included free of charge if needed. Additional rounds of revisions will incur a fee of $5 per round.

► SHIPPING

Once you have approved the final proof as stated above, we will start printing your job. As each invitation is hand-cut to guarantee perfection and attention to detail, no refunds will be given for any typos or information errors found AFTER we receive your approval and have begun the printing process. Please allow anywhere from 7-10 business days for your invitations to be produced and shipped. We only offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Please contact us for shipping rates if you are in Alaska or Hawaii as these states may also require extra shipping time. Printed invitations are not available for shipment outside the US at this time unless shipping costs are agreed upon and paid in advance. Star Stream Design is not responsible for damage or delay due to delivery. Please resolve any damage or delay upon delivery with the shipping carrier. Every monitor and printer is calibrated differently and may result in slight variations from what appears on the screen. Paper color and stock may also affect the final printed color. If something is not an exact color match due to these factors, returns will not be accepted.
