Balloon Bubble Strands are a hot look that can be easily achieved. So pretty for ceiling decorations!
All balloons will be clear by Qualatex or Betllatax, and include a variety of sizes. Just inflate, then tie together using monofilament (aka fisherman's line).

BALLOON INFORMATION:
These are all latex balloons made in the USA from leading manufacturers, far superior - thicker, clarity, durability, than balloons from overseas. If the price is too good to be true, purchase with caution.
***At Party Surprise we take pride in the quality of our products. We take the time to thoroughly inspect every jumbo balloon we ship. Each balloon is individually inspected for color, size, pinholes, and any other defects, as well as going through an air test in order to ensure that you will receive a perfect balloon.
Balloons are shipped flat and are non-refundable.
All sizes can be inflated with air or helium except the 5" balloons, which can only be filled with air, not helium, and do not float.
Helium Tip:
* If you want your balloons to float, from floor/table upward, inflate balloons with helium, not air.
* In the 5" balloon, use air only, not helium.
* Home helium tanks are not recommended due to the low ratio of helium to air. Try to find a local party supply store, florist, Dollar store, or similar to have them fill your balloons. (**We do not recommend home helium tanks due to the low ratio of helium to air.
* All our balloons are made in the USA.
As with all balloons, inflation time will be variable depending upon whether they are outside (shorter), inside, temperature (too hot or too cold will decrease time), near hot lights, if they are near sharp items, the type of helium used (home helium tanks are not recommended due to the low ratio of helium to air), and over-inflation. It is recommended to inflate balloons the day of your event.
The balloons will be shipped to you flat, and you will need to inflate them, and then tie them together. It is often advisable to order a small amount of balloons, and try it out to see if this is something you want to do, and to measure how long your strands will be.
A link to a visual aid will be included with your instructions in your package.
******HOW TO DETERMINE HOW MANY BALLOONS YOU WILL NEED:
I am often asked how many balloons are needed to make a strand. This is something that you will need to determine based upon how long you want your strands to be, and how far apart you want the balloons spaced. This is a formula you can use:
If you are going to hang the strands from the ceiling and they will go down about 12 feet, and want the balloons about 12 inches apart, then plan on 12 balloons per strand. The balloons will need to be inflated with air.
If you want the balloons on a table or floor, and they will be going upward about 8 feet, about 12 inches apart, plan on 8 balloons per strand. Some of the 11" and 16" will need to be inflated with helium and some with air; all of the 5 inch balloons are to be inflated with air only.

If order is delayed by USPS, please contact Party Surprise, however the date of delivery is not guaranteed by Party Surprise, only the date of shipping. Returning packages must be discussed first with Party Surprise, package must be UNopened, returned within seven business days. Once package is received by Party Surprise and is found to be in original condition, a refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee and less shipping charge.
