This one was made for a cute little girl named Ryan Hazel. Isn't that a fantastic name? Her colors are turquoise, bright pink, bright yellow, and grey. So I used 28 cerise, turquoise, and limon tissue paper and pink and silver mylar tassels. The tassels are strung onto an 8' length of sturdy hemp twine. Each tassel is individually tied to the twine so they won't slip to the center if you want a deep swoop.
This garland can be used for so many things:
- decorate a little girl's room
- decorate a birthday party
- hang at your office to brighten it up
- decorate for a Bat Mitzvah or Bar Mitzvah
