These Custom Wine Bottle Labels are
made to size to fit your bottles without creasing.

Comes in the same colors as the ad photo or in your colors printed on
White or off-white blockout label paper.
The most common size is 4x6 vertical and fits the straight body 750ml bottles or
we will custom make them to fit your bottles.
Message: Same as the ad photo or your changed to your message

YOUR LABELS WILL INCLUDE:
- Names and roles in your wedding
- Cheers, or Love, Your Name
- Your date or year
- Mockups and edits included

3. The colors you would like used
4. White or Light off-white label paper
5. Your wedding date
6. Your Label Message ( must be approved )
7. The size in inches you need the label to be to fit your bottles.
a 750ml straight body wine bottle like a Cabernet takes a 4x6 vertical.
Bordeaux bottles, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, etc. are also good choices.
Many Riesling bottles, though, are curvy and tricky to apply, so measure
the label on the bottle plus 1/8" and send that size in inches.
8. Your choice of smooth label paper or waterproof vinyl label paper
9. Any custom aspects you would like included

Please send your highest resolution photos in an Etsy Conversation along with the
Names and Roles of your Bridal Party and a brief
description of what they are wearing or doing in the photo so I can tell
who is who. Etsy blocks the file names. ( and I don't know your girls yet!)
You can attach 3 photos per conversation.

Shipping is USPS FIRST CLASS 4-5 day shipping.
USPS PRIORITY 5-7 day is available at checkout.
EXPRESS shipping is available - contact us before purchasing.

**Proofs of your labels will be sent within 36 hours of the label
purchase and receipt of ALL information needed to complete your labels.

**Your labels will ship within 48 hours of buyer approval of the proofs.

*All wine labels are printed with high quality laser ink on block out label paper
or if you will chill the wines before giving them, on waterproof semi-gloss vinyl.

When choosing bottles for your new labels, try to choose bottles that have a
straight up and down body. Cabernet and Bordeaux shaped bottles are best
as they are typically long and symmetrical. Merlot, Pinot Grigio, etc.
are also good choices. Many Riesling bottles, for example, are curvy and
need a custom sized label to apply without creasing.
( no problem! Send the size you need it to be. )
