1. What size is the note? 8.5x11
2. Would I be able to get it in 4x6, 3x5, etc? The file may be scaled down when printing to the size you need. When choosing File->Print, there should be a scale option. Scaling to about 53% into a 4x6. The percentages may be modified based upon the amount of white space you prefer around the image.
3. Is this a card? No, it is a note and is not designed to be folded.
