Next, simply print out the PDF file and trim along the edges of the treat bag topper. Then, with an xacto blade trim the arc of the top of the ghost’s head. Then, fold along the dotted lines.

Lastly, place some mini marshmallows in the bag (snack size bags work really well) and staple the topper to the bag. Done!
