IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT OUR NUMBER AND LETTER SETS:

~ Numbers are available in two sizes 8” and 16”.

~ Numbers are made of Paper Mache (NOT WOOD) and are light weight, but sturdy.

- Some numbers do not stand on their own. (Here’s a tip: Velcro strips and command strips hold them in an upright position on a table setting with no issues.)

~ There is a 4 week turnaround time on each order. I do my best to ship sooner than the expected turnaround, however orders are processed in the order of which they are received.

~ Each number is crafted and decorated using a variety of materials from non-toxic acrylic paint, non-toxic acrylic sealer, glue, tulle, high quality card-stock, vinyl, rhinestones, and glitter (just to name a few. Materials used may vary depending on the theme selected.)

~No two numbers will ever be identical. Each letter is hand crafted and therefore may be different from the displayed photo. Materials used vary depending on what is in stock. If you have any questions about this, please message me to discuss prior to ordering.

~ The numbers DO NOT come with hooks attached to the back of them. I always recommend using Command tape/strips or Velcro strips for hanging. I find this to be the best method to avoid holes in the walls or damage to the letter sets. The letter sets are light weight so them falling down should not be a problem if adhered securely.

~ Sorry, but unfortunately we do not offer any refunds or accept returns, as each order is made to order. If there is an issue with your item upon receipt please let me know immediately so that we can resolve the problem.

~ We only ship in the USA. I ship USPS first class and USPS Priority Shipping. Tracking info will be provided as soon as it becomes available. Please note that once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.

These decorative letters can also be displayed as Kid’s Room Décor and Birthday Party Decorations.
