It’s a very lovely small plate, decorated in Art Deco style with a decoupage technique ( it’s not ceramic!)
I made it from Fenton’s mink glass pierced plate.

It can be used as an ornament, wall hanging, part of your Chinoiserie chic collection or even a jewelry dish- just remove the bow!

It’s sealed. But you cannot wash it or use to serve food ( you still can put some candies in wraps on it!))

A bit under 5.5”
