Our self-adhesive note cubes are customizable. Select your color, monogram, name and/or icon. Each cube measures 3.375"W x 3.5" H and is printed on all four sides on sturdy 60 lb. matte paper.

HOW TO ORDER:

Please leave us your personalization information in the designated area. The last name is the middle initial on all monograms that feature are large center initial. The order will be first name, last name, middle/maiden name. Monograms where the initials are the same size, are first, middle and last names. For a traditional married couple, the bride's initial is first, the last name in the middle and the groom's initial is last. For same sex couples, the choice of initial placemat is at your discretion.
