HOW TO PRINT/MAKE:
* Print on 8.5" x 11" cardstock or photo paper. Cut out each cupcake topper with 2" scallop or circle punch. Glue/tape to 4" lollipop stick.
* Print on 8.5" x 11" full-sheet sticker paper to make favor stickers or labels. Use 2" scallop or circle punch to cut out.
