These mini top hats are handcrafted and styled with an eclectic mix of textured materials and embellishments. Each custom hat is designed so that no two are alike! Wear these hats for birthdays, weddings, showers and more. Each hat comes with a removable plastic headband that is secured to the hats with a fabric strip. This soft black velveteen version of the hat comes with a pewter hand glittered spider, ribbon fabric rose and silver braided trim.

Each hat is one size fits most - adjustments can be made to allow for proper fitting by switching out the headband with an elastic. Please make a request in the Notes to Seller section at check out if you prefer an elastic band.
