First, edit printable PDF file by opening it in Adobe Reader and type the name(s) you would like to include. Then just click “save” and print. If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it for free, www.get.adobe.com/reader.

Next, cut out the entire perimeter of the cat.

Then, with an x-acto knife carefully cut along the curved lines around cat's nose.

Lastly, slide glow sticks into the slits that you just created with the x-acto, creating the cat's whiskers. Done! Super easy and a really cute Halloween gift!
