They are Ready cut, Iron On, and Sew On.
You must sew them on.
Now Available with Ultra Bond to Iron On and No Sew.
They come with Instructions Included.
They are Burgundy, Black & Gold Tartan Scottish fabric like the ones in the pictures although may not be the exact pattern...
