Here’s how it works:

1. ORDER: Simply add item to your cart (choose quantity).
2. DESIGN: During checkout, in the "Notes to Seller" box, include:
* Loved one's photo
* His/Her name
* Lifetime years (optional)
Note saying will be included standard, if you will to change or remove anything advise before proof is sent.
After checking out send us a direct message and attach the photo to be used (1 photo).
Additional photos can be used or full custom designs can be done via a custom order.
3. You will receive a digital proof through the Etsy Message System within 24-48 hours (business days), ONLY if custom artwork is being made (your own text or changes).
REMEMBER:
* 1 free proof is included, additional proofs/changes will be billed prior to shipping at $10 per proof.
* If you have an in hands date please submit this in your order so we can make note of this and advise you if there will be any issues. Any failure to do this may incur additional fees to meet your date.
* Orders are shipped via USPS from Florida and time frame depends on where your located. Contact us if rush is needed.
* Any cancellations will incur fees, if proof has been approved no cancellations can be accepted.
