Appliqued Black Bears,
9 flags & measures 13 feet from end to end. The flag portion of the garland measures over 9 feet. The flags (approx. 5 1/2" across at the top and 8" from top to bottom) are double-sided so you can string them across the centre of the room, or against the wall, your choice.
